The consultancy work is focused on the study of relational dynamics and traumatic aspects in the teaching staff and among the parents of the kindergarten of the State Comprehensive Institute of Pero. In the form of a psycho-educational path, we intend to promote an inclusive dialogue capable of giving voice to all the components of the school to elaborate experiences of suffering, open a dialogue between parents and teachers.
By keeping the child and his or her need to grow up in a protected and stimulating space at the center of attention, teachers and parents will be taken towards a process of reworking the stressful events that occurred during the year within the school complex. Parents and teachers will be provided with the tools necessary to identify and enhance the resilience factors in adults and children and work will be done to rebuild and strengthen the relationship of trust between school and family.
